Group Class Options

  1. 1. Pilates Refomer/Tower Classes (3:1) 55 minutes

  2. This small group welcomes all participants to the Pilates Reformer/Tower classes. This total-body workout uses spring resistance and props to help strengthen the whole body. Benefits include Increased flexibility and mobility, strength building and endurance, and enhanced physical performance.

  • 2. Pilates Full Studio Circuit Class (8:1) 55 minutes

  • Experience a full-body Pilates circuit that uses all of the studio equipment - reformer, tower, chair, cadillac, ped-o-pul, ladder barrel, spring board, bodhi, corealign and props - for an energizing, flow-based workout that focuses on strength, balance, flexiblity and posture.

  • If you are new to Pilates (we are excited for you) or have any limitations (we are here to support you), we may recommend taking a Private Pilates Session first to get comfortable before joining a group class.
